Super cozy stay

If youre looking for a place to stay in Lexington look no further! April is very attentive and ensured that my stay was very comfortable at the house. She addressed every need and was very responsive during my stay which was greatly appreciated. Truly the kindest and best landlord Ive ever had :) One of my favorite things about the house was that the master bedroom has black out curtains AND shades. This was extremely helpful for me since I am night shift. As a woman traveling by herself, I felt very safe here not only because its located in a good area, but also because April has a security camera system. When I moved in, the house was very clean and had everything I needed to get me going when I first moved in. Youll feel right at home staying at this house and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lexington :) Thank you again for everything April!

Amazing place and great landlord!

This place is super cute and a wonderful place to stay! Furnished with everything that you might need for your stay, and a few extra bonuses with a sauna and elliptical for use. April, the landlord, is awesome! She is very responsive to any needs you might have and will handle them promptly. I stayed there for over a year (12/2023 to 1/2025) and I loved it! I was sad that I had to leave! I highly recommend staying at this location, you will not regret it!

This house is in a great neighborhood, never felt unsafe taking long walks or spending time outside. The house itself is wonderfully decorated, comfy beds and a nice sitting room to spend time. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. April is an amazing host, always responsive and so accommodating for our stay. I would love to come back and stay here if we get contracts in the area again!
