Excellent Accommodation

I can not say enough great things about this property. First the homeowners C* & S*were extremely accommodating. Upon viewing , I was able to move in the same day. I had already completed a basic background check so it was seamless. The neighborhood is clean, quiet , and suburban. It is great for walking with active trails and parks within radius. Multiple restaurants, wineries, gyms, all within short distances. The accommodation is exactly as pictured. The unit is detached from the house. No shared walls, clean, AC/ heat, in unit laundry, full kitchen with supplies, great WiFi speed, easy parking, along with a comfortable bed and couch. All request were answered immediately and the owners worked with my sleep schedule to make any changes or handle any request in the unit. I stayed within 20-25 min from my job. Traffic is great compared to other parts of SoCal. Easy access to freeways to head towards San Diego or Los Angeles. 10/10 would stay again if I come back .

Best place in Temecula

C and her family were absolutely amazing. They are the kindest and most welcoming people I have come across while I was in Cali. I was in serious need of a place and she saved me! The casita is absolutely perfect. Its brand new! Everything is fresh and clean and its more than you could ask for. It has a nice open layout, cozy couch, comfy bed, beautiful bathroom, and a full kitchen. Its the nicest casita I saw by far. The neighborhood is fantastic and everyone there was so welcoming to me when I came and made me feel like part of their family while I was there. The location is also ideal being minutes from everything. They have a wonderful slice of heaven going on there and I feel lucky to have spent my time living there. I could not recommend this place any higher. If I end up back in Temecula, this is the only place Id want to stay. Im so thankful for them and if you stay there, you will be too!!

Fantastic place to stay!

This casita is absolutely beautiful and the family who rents it out is so kind! C is very responsive and was very easy to communicate with! The neighborhood is very safe and beautiful to walk through. The casita itself has everything you need including kitchen and washer and dryer. I would love to stay longer but unfortunately, I have to move on for my next contract. Hopefully I will be able to stay here again sometime!
