Central Cozy & convenient
This fully furnished upstairs apartment is Less than 5 miles from IU Bloomington and is in great condition. No themes or gimmicks and has everything a traveler could want. The landlord is super responsive the one time I had an overnight emergency, she had help at the door in less than 20 minutes to fix the issue. The apartment is very clean and stays well insulated with relatively quiet neighbors and convenient private parking. I would rent again, they always kept the driveway plowed and steps salted during snowy days which was great for the safety of a traveling health professional.
