Luxury Furnished Condo

This is a 2nd story condo, so there are stairs leading up to it. If stairs are not your thing, then this may not be the suitable arrangement for you.
This condo has been in the making since 1974. I purchased it in 2013 and the first improvement were new windows in 2014 (dual pane, vacuum in-between panes with argon gas). Eliminates noise and heat transfer.
