Absolutely rent this place! Travel nurse for over 3 yrs and this is my fav place I've ever lived. Perfect location in lovely neighborhood with everything nearby! Claire is the best and super responsive. Everything is up to date and looks incredible. Super clean on move in day. Couldn't say better things about this place!

This place is da bomb and I've stayed at plenty of places!! I'm only sad I couldn't stay longer. Claire is the best landlord because she's very attentive, and always checking in to make sure everything is ok. I had to move in early and she made it possible, everything you could need is provided, the split A/C units are great, area is very walkable and safe, right by the fab 40s neighborhood, and close to grocery stores, the highway, coffee shops and more. I would come back to Sac just to stay here again!!!

Amazing property in great location

This unit is AMAZING. Its very comfortable and welcoming after a long day of work. As a solo traveler, the private driveway and outdoor seating area were great touches as well. The area is walkable with many small businesses within a short commute. property owner is easy to communicate with and timely. I would 1000% stay in Claire's unit again!

Claires ADU

Claire's place was wonderful from the time I arrived to the time I departed. I was in Claire's ADU for an extended stay and I felt right at home coming back from a long day of work. The amenities are all brand new and easy to use. The kitchen has more than enough supplies to cook or have a cozy night in with takeout.The surrounding area is very quiet and walkable. I enjoyed taking walks to the coffee shop right down the street or grabbing a bite at the restaurants close to Claire's. Claire was a very responsive host to any of my questions and gave me wonderful tips and recommendations on how to enjoy my time in Sacramento. I highly recommend this lovely place and I will definitely be back to stay in the future.
