We prefer to rent to 2 people max due to the quaint size. Our neighborhood is very quiet and homey. Half of the owners live in Canada half the year, and the remaining year is quiet as can be. We have a heated pool, a community center with a pool table, ping pong table, a basic kitchen, bbq grills, and the center is available to rent for large parties/events. Every unit is a 4-plex with a lot of green space between the buildings....
