beautiful home
An absolutely beautiful home and you couldn't ask for a better person to rent from. J goes above and beyond for his tenants. quiet setting, minutes from anywhere you need to go, I would recommend this home to anyone!

Great safe place
Let me start by saying J was an absolutely amazing landlord. He went above and beyond to be sure our stay was pleasant. I could not have asked for someone better. Me and my friend stayed here from Jan 13-Apri 13 while on assignment. We always felt safe. The area is nice never had any problems. It was about 5 min from a dollar store and a gas station, roughly 8 min from Walmart market, and about 10 min from ECU health. I will 100% recommend Joe and this property to anyone looking to go on assignment in the area.
