My Best stay ever
I stayed at this lovely townhouse for 6 months while working for the local Healthcare system of Greenville. Being in a health care occupation that requires I be available to be called in at a moments notice, the location of the Townhouse was so convenient. The On Ramp to the major highway around Greenville is only right around the corner. I was able to easily get to any facility that I need to be at for that day. Also, the location was perfect for my leisure time in the area. Excellent restaurants, several breweries, and great grocery shopping options. The surroundings towns were a joy to explore and each had many events and evening hospitality. My wife and I fell in love with the town of Simpsonville and especially the "The Ice Cream Station" downtown for an evening dinner, stroll and dessert. The townhome was also convenient for us for our physical activities. The local YMCA is just about 500yrds down the street. Conestee Park and Nature Reserve is only 10-15 minutes away, and best of all downtown Greenville is a breeze to get to in 20-25 mins. There we loved to ride our bikes and dine out for lunch during or trips on the Swamp Rabbit trail through the city. We also saw both the Nutcracker and The lion King at the Peace Center right in Downtown. One of the things that struck me the most while staying here was how quiet the townhouse was. I never heard my neighbors on either side and both were families with small children . The unit was very modern with everything to make you comfortable for an extended stay. The place is spacious , comfortable and well kept. Gated community with an attached garage was a bonus, plus room for 2 cars in the driveway. The landlord was great and very responsive to any questions I had. During my 6 month stay I had zero issues with anything in the townhouse and the community. My wife and I are excited about returning to the area of Greenville in the future and would definitely try to return to this property. Five Stars from Me !!
Great Rental Unit/Location
My stay at this townhouse was fantastic. I never had any issues at all here. The community is gated and quiet. The townhouse has everything you need to feel at home. The owner was great as well. She was always easy to get ahold of, along with making the agreement and rental process simple and quick. This unit would be perfect for a travel family, or someone who plans to have a guest visit now and then. The location is perfect. It's just a short drive to downtown Greenville and close to Simpsonville and Mauldin. I would definitely go try Exchange Coffee and Chestnut Coffee shops in Simpsonville if you make your way out there. I loved my time here and would recommend it to anyone needing a rental in the area.
