Loving the Loft Living

There are a few lofts in this building that are available....but only one owned by Hannah and she's pretty chill. We're a month into our 3 months stay and will likely re-up if available in October. I work remote and my partner is a surg tech working at Research. The internet has been fast and reliable and the commute is easy for her, the amenities are perfect for me and we even got to bring our doggie. This location is super convenient for downtown nightlife. Anything we could want is within walking distance, restaurants in river market, bars, night clubs with live Jazz like the Phoenix downstairs or the Majestic around the corner. Parking is simple enough in the attached garage, or you could save some money and park at Bank St and 8th for $90 or free in one of the surface lots next to the AC hotel. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet and the other tenants in the building are very friendly. It's been a great experience and honestly has us looking to move to KC permanently.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this condo. It is definitely a great location. Close to many restaurants, coffee shops, a 5 minute walk from the street car that rides up and down Main Street. Its right off the freeway and a walking distance to the river market and river walking path which was very convenient for walking my dog. The neighborhood is also very dog friendly, people are out walking their dogs at all hours, I always felt comfortable walking my dog even at very early morning hours before work. The Condo is stocked with everything you really need while away. Down to the air fryer, Tupperware, water bottles and spices and storage bins to organize. She has a really fun collection of books available. The roof top deck is really nice especially at night to enjoy the city lights. Communication was always good, didnt have any issues during my 3 month stay. Would definitely stay here again if Im in KC again!
