Safe and comfortable
I will start out that I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. All the comforts one needs in one spot. Centrally located in Prescott Valley in a quiet neighborhood. Not far from El Gordos who make a killer birria. Upon arrival the place was spotless and the cooling system which will be needed in prime summer works great. The homeowners were spectacular and attentive if any problems arouse(none did just needed clarification on the wifi password) and are good people. I looked at quite a few places prior to pulling the trigger on this place and I am very happy that I did. Thank you C&S

Like a 2nd home
I stayed for 1 month Jan-Feb and it was a really nice and cozy apartment. Amenities were great and convenient and hosts were amazing 10/10 would stay again!

Just right
This property was a great fit for me. It was close to the hospital I was contracted at. The landlord was always responsive and quick to resolve any minor issues that came up. The space had everything I needed for my stay.

A great value choice at Prescott Valley
I have stayed at this place for two years. The landlord is super responsive. Whenever I had any issues, the landlord would come fix them promptly. $1500 flat rate with everything included, internet, water, sewer, trash, gas, and electric. Their amenities are brand new. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay.

Nice Place to Stay
I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The unit is all upgraded and very comfortable. It also is very quiet and the Wi-Fi internet connection works great. I also appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer! Also, the location is very close to shopping. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this space!

Perfect Place to Stay
This unit was absolutely perfect for me while I was temporarily working at YRMC-East and Cornerstone Pediatrics. The less than 5 minute commute was a huge convenience and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a close place to stay. C and S were wonderful to work with and made the housing process extremely easy for me. They provided everything I needed for a safe and comfortable stay. I did not have any issues the entire 2 months I stayed here. The unit was very cozy and it was very helpful to have an in unit laundry/dryer!
