I am a grandmother & mother with hobbies of gardening and art. I work part time and visit my grand girls often. I have two small dogs who are very friendly. My house is perfect for partial rental because it is divided into 2 sections sharing a middle area of kitchen/kitchenette/living room & dining room. The one half has a one bedroom that has been transitioned into a den that has a desk to do office work, exercise on a treadmill or watch tv. The two bedrooms (both available for rent) have a shared full bath and two spacious bedrooms. My bedroom & office are on the other side of the shared living spaces. ...
