Still an absolute gem-we extended our stay!

The Pretty Pink Place is an absolute gem! The house is spacious, spotless, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location couldnt be better close to downtown, Unity Park, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. The backyard is lovely, the neighborhood is safe, and the landlord is wonderful quick to respond, very accommodating, and always helpful. We originally wrote a review after our first stay, and the biggest compliment we can give is that we ended up staying seven more months because we loved it here so much. It truly felt like home, and our experience only got better with time. The comfort, convenience, and care from the landlord made such a difference in our day-to-day life. Thank you for creating such a welcoming, thoughtful space and for being such a great host it meant more than you know. Highly recommend we would choose The Pretty Pink Place again in a heartbeat!

This home is a gem!

We recently moved to Greenville and are very happy with our choice to stay in the Pretty Pink House until we find a permanent home. It's a wonderful home with rooms that are modern, spacious and well furnished. There is an abundance of storage throughout the entire home. The kitchen offers a large island and pantry cupboard. We appreciate the top of the line cookware as we enjoy cooking. The master bedroom bed is comfortable, soft sheets and along with the master bath, have expansive closet and vanity storage. The large shower is nicer than what you will find at many hotels. The location is ideal being close to the vibrant downtown and museums. We enjoy walking to downtown and exploring the nearby historic neighborhood along the way. The owner of the Pretty Pink House is thoughtful, understanding and attentive. She accommodated our schedule and when we arrived in Greenville, warmly welcomed us providing a tour of the home. The Pretty Pink Place is a true gem!

My wife and I are currently staying here and love this property. It's in a great location that's very close to downtown & unity park, etc. The house is the perfect place to rent while in Greenville.

Perfect Place

We just loved our stay here. The house is updated, spacious, and modern with all the amenities you could need. Beds were comfortable, great wifi, quiet street. The location is ideal, in the center of everything - easily walkable to downtown, the Commons, and the swamp rabbit trail. The land lady was flexible, kind. understanding, and easy to work with. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Staying at Pretty Pink House has been nothing but amazing. It is a brand new construction with ample space and up to date amenities! D was easy to contact and a great host. This property is in a wonderful neighborhood and close to many places including Unity Park, Downtown Greenville, and the Hospitals for any working there! I definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Greenville area!!

Pretty pink house meets expectations

Friendly and accommodating property manager. She met us there to ensure we had everything we needed. The property is very comfortable and accommodating. Walking distance to Starbucks. Property has all amenities for a comfortable living situation. The decor is absolutely beautiful. Rooms are very spacious and the neighborhood is very nice with friendly neighbors. I would definitely be back due to closeness to downtown Greenville.
