OUTSTANDING! You have got to rent this place! I am coming back! I have rented many rooms for work, and this is the best! The host was exceptional. Incredibly welcoming and engaging, and considerate of personal space. I left so comfortable and was so happy there. The room was excellent and large with tons of closet space. The bathroom was right next door and was very large. Great hardwood floors. Living room, kitchen, porch, and yard are shared space. The wifi was excellent. No problems with phone, laptop, or printer. Sitting on porch was awesome. Very quiet and peaceful and green neighborhood. Can walk to main part of town with buses and trains. The beach is just a town over and it’s great to walk along any time of year. And the seafood restaurants are great too. It is a short trip to Boston and Cape Cod is not far either. The price is excellent. I loved this place and the host. I had such a good time and can’t wait to go back next time I’m in Massachusetts!

Great Stay in Weymouth

I would highly recommend staying here with Eileen if you need somewhere in the area! I'm very happy I was able to find housing with Eileen and her mother, along with her dog and two cats. It was always a joy to have conversation with Eileen and her mother, and they are also good at giving alone time when needed. The animals were also great with being very friendly, along with having their own fun and unique personalities. Eileen does a great job with helping with space in the kitchen, providing space in the cabinets and fridge/freezer. The bathroom/bedroom has plenty of room. Having a parking spot right next to the house helped a lot. Noise was never an issue. I'm very thankful that Eileen was always available to help in any way possible. Overall it was a great stay and this should be Option #1 for anyone looking in the area!! Many thanks Eileen

6 month stay

I would recommend staying here. Eileen and her mother who lives upstairs are kind and very welcoming, accommodating, and quiet. Its very quiet at night and had no issues with noise. Bathroom is huge and the bedroom is large. Bedroom is perfect for travel nurses. Access to entire first floor which includes living room, kitchen and porch off kitchen. Parking spot was perfect. No tandem. Eileen is respectful of personal space and is a joy to sit on patio with for conversations over morning coffee. She keeps the apt clean and stocked with toiletries. Must love pets. Her animals are sweet and quiet. Eileen and her mom are great cooksthank you for the meatball recipe and the secret flavoring to the boiled dinner.

ALL Wonderful

When I was doing my first ever travel nsg stint in my life, MA opened up and I couldn't find a better place to call a home away from home here with E! The place is super cozy, the room was spacious and BIGGG! It comes with a lot of storage drawers and closets. The bathroom was humongous too (it's just next door). She also allots space for you in the refrigerator, you even get your own set of cabinets for your whatnots in the kitchen and everything you need to cook and eat your meals. NO WORRIES with parking. BIG TV in the living room- you can use any time. Overall the gem of this place is E (and her doggos and cats). She is a very good hostess, above and beyond accommodating, very easy, light and open to talk to! Thank you E for everything and for being good to us! Yeah Us, during my stay she graciously accommodated not just me but my partner too as well.. to that I am truly GRATEFUL. Cheers and have a verrrrry prosperous life ahead of you Friend!!!
