Hidden Gem in a Great Location!

Cozy place with everything you need! Perfect for one person but we had no problems with the two of us as well! My wife and I both work remote jobs and were fine both working from the apartment. Super clean and updated with new furniture and fresh paint. The beach is a 5 min walk away with Broadway and 4th street also very close and within walking distance. We went in the winter so didn't make use of the pool, but the neighbors were all really friendly and it was also convenient that there is a free washer and dryer on the premise to use. Private garage was also great to have, knowing how street parking can be in LB. The hosts, R and J are really nice people, were always quick to respond and answer our questions both before and during our stay. All in all a great experience and would highly recommend!
