Would Do It Again

The duplex is super cute with a perfectly sized backyard for a dog. The beds are comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was good. (This is always important to me, but no one ever mentions it!) The house is stocked with all the essentials you may need for a short or long term stay. For my specific stay, I needed to rearrange a room to better accommodate my needs. Todd was happy to do it for a small fee, which I happily agreed to. I would never expect someone to move heavy furniture around for free. The garage has a ping pong table in it, but still leaves plenty of room for storage and one vehicle. As mentioned in the other reviews, Todd is great at communication and responds exactly as you'd expect a totally reasonable human being to respond. There weren't any surprises or disappointments during my 90 day stay. I would absolutely rent one of Todd's properties again -- should that need ever arise.

Great stay!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here during 3 months for work. We felt safe and the neighbors are nice. The house is nicely decorated and has everything you would need for your stay. Even though it appears to be a townhome, the only “attached” area is the garage portion of the house, no other shared walls. The location worked great for us, close to the airport, Meridian and Boise with just a short commute. There is nothing blocking the view in front of the house and the early morning sunrises are beautiful with a cup of coffee. Todd is quick to respond, professional and kind. He does his best to stay on top of the house by hiring landscapers during the warmer months and had the HVAC system professionally serviced and filter changed during our stay. He does not hold your security deposit for days or weeks on end or ghost you (given the house is in good condition). Thanks for the great stay and the great communication. We hope to stay at one of your properties in the future!

Great Place to Stay!

I stayed here during clinical rotations with one other person. We felt incredibly safe and accommodated while staying here, and Todd did an amazing job communicating with us. We had absolutely everything we needed during our stay. The place was very clean and comfortable, the neighbors were friendly and quiet, and it was a perfect middle ground to commute to each hospital in the area, downtown, and the airport. I would highly recommend staying here!

I stayed here while doing Clinical Rotations with another student. We had an amazing experience! Todd is an incredible host and extremely quick with his responses. We had no issues with the stay. The community made us feel safe. The property had everything that we needed and more! Thank you!

Fantastic stay!

I stayed here while on a travel assignment and would recommend it to anyone! The landlord is great and responsive to any needs. The house is clean, cozy, and close to everything you could need. I always felt safe in the area. The house also had everything we needed on move in- kitchen appliances and starter items like laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, etc.
