Great stay for Traveling Professionals

I stayed in this location for my 13-week contract, and I found it to be very convenient, as it is close to both the highway and the beaches. The air conditioning was excellent, and the place appeared to be recently remodeled. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking home-cooked meals or meal prepping. Everything was clean and tidy. The host was very responsive to all my questions. I will definitely choose to stay here again when I have another contract in the area.

Peaceful and close to beach and hospital

Landlord and Handiman are super responsive which is great. This small but well designed apartment was exactly what I needed for my 13 week assignment. It was clean, well stocked and a very comfortable king bed. The hospital I was contracted at was only 3 miles away which was amazing for getting to sleep in. This home is in a quiet area of Largo and a short walk to the largo central park which is great for dog walks. 3 miles from some of the most beautiful beaches in the country and only a short drive from tons of great resturants and fun things to do in clear water, st pete and Tampa. Would have loved to stay longer and I hope to come back to this home if I get another contract in the area come winter time.
