Balcony on St. Charles
I had the pleasure of staying in this condo for three months while working at LCMC. Jennifer is great to rent from, and I loved this condo. I would stay again in a heart beat! It's beautifully decorated. Gorgeous tall ceilings, huge windows. Endless hot water and the best soaking tub. But one of my favorite features is the private balcony that overlooks St. Charles Avenue. I loved sitting out there, just watching the world go by, being able to observe the activity in the area, without always having to participate in it... a people watchers dream!

Amazing Stay
The apartment is beautiful and the location is prime, and very safe. The apt is stocked with everything you may need, and Jennifer is super communicative and answered any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!

The apt is in a great location, is super clean, well decorated, and has a great couch! The landlord was very welcoming and great to work with, she even helped our puppy when we needed a vet last minute. My partner and I really enjoyed drinking coffee/wine and watching the streetcar pass while living here. Would highly recommend!
