Peaceful, furnished Arlington home away from home

My husband and I rented R****'s entire place for the 2021-2022 academic year. This is an extremely beautiful rental- impeccably maintained, fully furnished (including high quality cookware and miscellaneous things like flashlights), and in a location that feels so close to nature yet very accessible to Cambridge, Boston, and north to Merrimack Valley. The backyard and short walk to mystic river were highlights for us- beautiful all year round. For a visiting professional or student, I couldn't recommend this place more highly! It's a furnished place that actually feels like home in a tree filled neighborhood. R**** is an exceptionally considerate and trustworthy landlord- extremely responsive, respectful, and very fair. The next door neighbors are wonderful too; this is very welcoming place for a person with/ without a car seeking a very homey home away from home.
