Amazing property and amazing hosts. Everything was extremely clean and put together. I would recommend this property to anyone. The in-unit laundry was a life saver, and the full size fridge/freezer made cooking and groceries a breeze.

Perfect

This is a perfect rental for a travel RN working at John Muir Walnut Creek or any other facility in the East Bay area. Easy commute, quiet, friendly neighborhood, and a very clean, very well stocked studio to stay in when not working. Living here also provides its own driveway and mailbox so no PO Box needed. The owners are very kind and respond to any needs or questions very quickly. Would gladly stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Cozy Studio in Pleasant Hill

Super cute studio located on a quiet street with own private driveway. The neighborhood is nice and safe with everything needed close by. The large private patio with BBQ is really nice to have that outdoor area and makes it feel like you have a good amount of extra space. Kitchen is well stocked and has a nice sized fridge/freezer. Having the washer and dryer right in the unit made it convenient to not have to go to a laundromat. Hosts are very kind and responsive. Everything is as shown in the pictures. I would stay here again if i have another assignment in the area.
