Furnished, Remodeled 1BR 1BA near Rose Garden, The Alameda, SJ Midtown

Great experience

Great experience staying in this apartment. The landlord, Ferdinand, was always available whenever I needed anything, very helpful, and very easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this place. Unfortunately, I had to leave because my hospital contract ended, but if I return to the San Jose Bay Area, I would stay here again. The apartment is close to everything and provides easy access to all major highways. Highly recommended.

Great 1B1B apartment close to the RoseGarden

This apartment was perfect for my husband and I during our 6-month contract. It's in the back, which made it feel very safe away from the street. Located right next to a public track, and the famous Rose Garden was just a short walk away. Our landlord was very attentive and responded quickly to any issues we experienced, which were minimal. Bed was very comfortable, internet was very fast, and space was well furnished, including washer/dryer in unit. Would definitely stay here again!

Good Stay

I had a great solo stay in this residence for a 3 month span. All concerns I had were quickly addressed, unit was very clean, and felt safe throughout. Note to bring additional cooking supplies if you intend on chef-ing it up, and cleaning fee comes out of your security deposit. Ferdinand was super accommodating and I would stay here again for sure.

I had a great stay. The apartment was recently remodeled and had completely new furnishings. Ferdinand was very responsive to any questions or problems that I had. It is located in a quiet area and would recommend this to anyone who wants a great stay.

Great place

Great location and landlord is so easy to get a hold of. Super attentive to anything we needed. Place was very clean when we got there, weekly yard maintenance and felt safe at the back corner of the lot away from the street. He was also very receptive to feedback as we were able to get reimbursed for the mattress topper we bought to make the bed more comfortable for our preference. Honestly no complaints.

SJ 1BR/1BA

Had the opportunity to stay at this cute apartment for my partners and I 3 month contract. Lovely spacious home with fast speed internet and convenient W/D in unit. Bed mattress is however the firmer side (good for my partner but I needed mattress topper for myself). Bathroom is well kept, clean, only issue is if there are two tenants staying there, will not be able to take showers back to back depending on amount of hot water there is (prime time may be worse vs early morning or late evening). B (landlord) is easily reached thru text.

Best Experience

During my 3 months here, I never had any issues regarding anything with the apartment. The owner was always communicative if I needed anything or had any inquiries. The place comes beautifully furnished and in a quiet neighborhood. The appliances and furniture are very comfortable and easy to use. It comes with an in-unit washer/dryer which is very convenient. 5/5 stars.

San Jose Condo

My boyfriend and I stayed at Fs condo for about 3 months. Fs place was just as described. The place was clean and had everything we needed upon arrival. He was super helpful, kind and provided us with various spots around the area that we could check out. Had absolutely no issues and would definitely come back to stay again if we were in the area.
