Incredible Stay!

Nothing but great things to say! My husband and I were here for 10 months for 3 contracts at UCLA Calabasas and Santa Clarita. The property itself is in a very convenient location. The highway is nearby for easy access to pretty much anywhere. It is walking distance to coffee shops, gyms, restaurants, stores, anything you might need. Having your own parking space here is a blessing in LA. The living space is very comfortable. The layout is very thoughtful and makes the space seem even larger than it is. The temperature is pleasant year 'round with a separate AC and heat control system. In the summer, the huge pool was a great way to beat the heat. The best part hands down are the owners. They are very chill, kind and accommodating. One time we had an HVAC issue and they responded immediately to save the day. It was wonderful to call this place home for a few months. Would highly recommend!

Pristine and cozy housing!

The perfect stay for my 3 month travel assignment at Providence St. Johns! I worked night shift and never had issues with my commute to work. Everything is exactly as pictured. All amenities available, kitchen had everything I needed for cooking. AC, washer/dryer, ample parking in front of property. Nice, comfortable bed! The home and surroundings are very clean. The backyard was beautiful and the perfect place to relax on my days odd. Very walkable neighborhood if you're active. Close to freeways , grocery stores, gym. Access to door dash, Uber eats , Instacart ! Great WiFi and smart TV. Marcia and Larry are very responsive and quickly addressed any inquiries. Area is very quiet. I worked night shift and my sleep was never disturbed. I was so sad to leave this beautiful home! I would definitely stay again if I am in the area!
