Perfect Stay!

I had the best experience staying in Deven and Branden's ADU in Brea during part of my travel nursing contract! They both were so kind and welcoming and the space was extremely clean and comfortable. I truly felt at home in their space - I loved how cozy it was and I always slept so well after my night shifts. The surrounding area is really nice and safe as well; with lots of shops and things to do nearby. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to book with them!

Cozy ADU with Everything I Needed

I had such a wonderful stay at this ADU! The hosts were incredibly communicative, responsive, and always so kind whenever I needed anything. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and their sweetness really made the experience even better. The space had everything I needed and was perfect for my stay. Id definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-cared-for place with amazing hosts!

My stay here was so amazing. The place itself is so gorgeous and spacious. The walk in closet is the best. Also have a large outdoor storage bin for larger things like luggage or whatever you want to store in there. The backyard is one of my favorite aspects the fire place was perfect and a grill for having friends over. Anything I needed Devon and Brendan were so helpful and immediate with their responses. They were my favorite landlords Ive ever had so nice! I would 100% stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who is thinking about it

Let me start off by saying I am so appreciative of B & D. They worked with me quickly as I was needing to leave my previous housing situation due to safety concerns. Their neighborhood is adorable, family friendly, and very safe as my dog and I would walk in the morning and at night. The surrounding area is close to downtown Brea/shops, trails, and the 57. The space is so homey with a fully stocked kitchen, lots of storage space, and a yard for the pup. Very thoughtful with the little details for a traveler. I loved the modern/boho vibe and high ceilings with wooden beams! Made the space feel even bigger. If I anything came up, B & D were very responsive and wonderful hosts! Thank you again for the safe space and if I am back in the area I will definitely book again!

the perfect home away from home

This apartment is the perfect spot especially if you have dog. There's a separate decent sized backyard/patio area that the Branden provides a grill and fire pit, it was my favorite night cap spot. Branden and his family do a great job of making you feel super comfortable while also respecting your privacy. They are very responsive and quick if there are any issues or things to be fixed, which was rare. The location is perfect for you to walk to downtown Brea where there are restaurants and coffee shops. There are also a number of trails nearby that you can access in the neighborhood. Super convenient highway access so my commute to work was really easy. I've rented a few FF places over my two years of travel nursing and this has been by far the smoothest and best rental yet. Overall, would love to stay here again.

Great Location, Extremely Clean!

Location is amazing. Within walking distance to downtown Brea and easy access to 57 freeway. The unit was perfect for my needs. Extremely clean, private and updated. Branden and his family were great people to deal with. Very responsive and were on top of anything that came up during my stay. If youre looking for a good spot in North Orange County, this is the place! Highly Recommend!
