Fantastic!

I loved staying here! Lots of windows for natural light, apartment feels very nice, clean and spacious. It was an easy drive to the beach and the neighborhood is great, with kids riding their bikes outside and people out walking their dogs. I stayed here for 3 months and had absolutely no issues.

Great rental!

We were in need of a temporary rental fast and Mike, the landlord, was very responsive. Nice, clean condo with access to many restaurants nearby. Mike was very easy to work with.

As a travel healthcare worker this has been the best location I have stayed, Mike is very accomodating and understanding. Condo had more than enough space for me and my dog, neighborhood was friendly and well lit, close proximity to 31 for easy commute.

I got SO lucky finding this place. working at TWCC it was hard to find a place that rented for more than a week, was affordable, and also allowed pets. Mike and his wife were so kind when I met them and ended up getting me into the condo 2 weeks earlier than expected. there are pretty much always cars coming and going, so you do have the noise from that but I got a box fan and it was fine me. Neighbors were quiet and kind, and I never felt unsafe or had any safety concerns. I had no big problems staying here, and the couple of minor issues I had Mike was very responsive to. my only complaint was that the pool was not included in the rental but required a separate membership; Mike graciously agreed to go in half on the membership with me but I ended up not going through with it, but it was appreciated nonetheless. this unit has everything you need for your stay and I would recommend anybody I know to stay here, especially as a travel nurse. Thank you Mike for a wonderful experience!

Nice property with amazing owners.

The property is exactly as shown in the photos, CLEAN, spacious, nice and comfortable furniture. Safe, friendly and quiet neighborhood plus close to everything you might need/want, groceries, shopping, THE BEACH, restaurants and entertaining. BEST owners/property managers, always willing to help, answer questions and give recommendation about the area, always making sure everything in the house was working as expected and that I felt comfortable during my stay. I highly recommend this place!!

This is a great property. A quiet location which was great as I am a nightshift worker. The property is clean and comfortable. It really felt like home away from home. The landlord was friendly and very accommodating. Overall a great experience.

Beautiful condo

I'm a Travel Nurse, so finding this gem of a condo was a win win. The owner is so nice and is a text or call away if needed, although I had zero issues. The condo is in the perfect setting, centrally located to the hospitals and a short drive to all of which Myrtle Beach has to offer without being in the midst of all the traffic. It has the comforts of home, the added plus as a nurse was to have the washer/dryer in unit. Although the condo is 1 bed/ bath it feels very roomy with the vaulted ceilings, the bedroom is large with a comfy bed and has a large walk-in closet. My husband flew in numerous times and the condo never felt cramped. Has a pool that is steps away and often I was the only one there, which was very relaxing. Traveling alone, I never felt unsafe here, even coming home late at night. The neighbors are all so friendly and welcoming, what you'd expect from the South.
