Great location in San Jose

Had a great stay at Ryan's, appliances are new and kitchen has all you could ever need. The location was also great, very close to freeways, downtown, airport and light rail station

If I could rate higher, I would!

I stayed at this nice ADU from September 2024 - April 2025. It is a great unit with just enough space and amenities for what you need. It's centrally located - a mile walk from the Alameda and the SAP Center (hockey, concerts, etc) and a short bike ride or car ride from Willow Glen or downtown San Jose. Everything was tastefully decorated and had everything that you could need for both a short and longer stay. The washer/dryer is located in the basement beneath the main unit - one day, the washer stopped working. I told Ryan and he had it replaced within 72 hours. Ryan has a very friendly dog in the backyard and occasionally fosters puppies as well - it was never a problem for me and there were never any noise issues. Ryan was great and I strongly recommend leasing this property.

Wonderful experience at Ryan's place

Me and my girlfriend had a fantastic stay at Ryan's ADU this Summer. This charming little unit felt like home, with its antique decor and fully modernized kitchen and bathroom. The proximity to downtown Willow Glen was convenient, and you must try Willow Glen Creamery while you're there. Ryan takes great care of his property, and his lovely backyard is filled with seasonal fruits. He's a wonderful host, and we even got to enjoy some of his baked goods. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I will definitely check its availability for a longer stay the next time we're in the area.
