The place was spotlessly clean, from the bedroom to the bathroom, with plenty of storage space for my belongings. The kitchen was tidy, well-equipped with all the cooking essentials, and the living room was equally clean, with everyone in the house making an effort to clean up after themselves. My housemates were quiet, friendly, and respectful, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.The neighborhood is peaceful and feels very safe, which added to the overall pleasant experience. Parking was free and easy to navigate once I got the hang of the angled parkingsuper simple to learn. High-speed Wi-Fi was included which was a huge plus. I also appreciated that I didnt have to worry about the garbage schedule, as the tenant downstairs kindly took care of it weekly.The landlord was an absolute delightjolly, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable. She checked in to see if there was anything I needed help with, making her a fantastic resource for someone new to the area.
