Don't hesitate to book this rental! It is in a nice quiet neighbourhood and a short walk to the water. A few different restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk away. I always felt safe staying here. I had previously stayed at another rental in New Haven and I wish I could have just stayed here instead the whole time! Everything you need is here, I especially appreciated the full kitchen and easy access to laundry in the basement. The hosts were great, super easy to contact and quick to respond but otherwise gave me privacy. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful Seaside Gem!

As a travel nurse on a Yale New Haven contract, this place was such a gem. The drive from Branford was super easy, and I loved coming back to a peaceful, cozy space after long shifts. The apartment had everything I needed comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The hosts were amazing and quick to respond if I had any questions. Id absolutely stay here again

Highly recommend amazing coastal apartment!

Loved my stay here during my 13-week contract! The apartment is spotless, fully furnished, and in a quiet, safe area of Branford. Even though its a little outside the city, the drive to Yale New Haven Hospital was quick and easy totally worth it for the peace and comfort. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend for any traveling nurse!

Perfectly Amazing!

This duplex was exactly what I was looking for. Just a short drive to the hospital. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the water and the neighborhood/town is beautiful and quaint. They have perfectly redone the interior which went above and beyond expectations. The owners are very nice and ensure you have everything you need, are easy to contact, and very helpful. They brought my trash can up more times than I can remember and always gave me good recommendations for places to go. They forgot nothing when it came to furnishing the home. To be honest, the housing was the main reason I stayed at this contract and made it better than it would have been otherwise. I cant say enough great things about this property.
