Wonderful Home

I rented this beautiful home for 9 months and could not have been more pleased! The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfectclose to downtown Asheville (walking distance) while still being peaceful and quiet. The host was fantasticextremely responsive, friendly, and attentive to every detail to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The little touches, like providing local snacks, a gas fireplace, and a tv large enough for astronauts to see, really made me feel at home. And there is no place better to watch the sun set over Asheville around a really relaxing fire pit in the back yard! I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a stress-free and memorable stay. I would definitely return in the future!

We loved it here

Its difficult to know where to start; mainly because this property ended up being so much more perfect for our needs than we had anticipated. Location: no long winding hills, no far away from the house parking. Convenient enough to be anywhere in Ashville within minutes~ but far enough away from the hustle & bustle. Every morning we would open the blinds in the kitchen to a wonderful mountain scapeview. And since the quaint deck faces West - we had a beautiful view of sunsets & twinkling stars.. Cleanliness: the kitchen, bathroom, the bedrooms, everything was super clean - the kitchen is proportionate for the size of the house, - looks like a brand new remodel. TV: They did not spare any expense on the TV Ive had some nice TVs, but this one is very LARGE & just fun to relax and enjoy Movies on this big screen. Pet Friendly: the backyard was perfect for our active three-year-old dog. T & S were welcoming and very helpful-we highly recommend.

Perfect mountain home!

Absolute gem of a home situated in such a unique small mountain city! My fianc and I came to Asheville for a rotation that I had for my final year of medical school. We stayed in Asheville for 5 weeks and couldn't have asked for a better stay! S & T were amazing hosts, were extremely available for both questions or anything that needed work around the house. The views from the kitchen and back porch were amazing and getting to downtown is extremely walkable. We had plenty of room for 2 vehicles and plenty of space in the backyard for our dog. We would have stayed here the entire year if we could have!

A beautiful house in a wonderful location

When my husband and I first moved to Asheville, our goal was to get to know the area we would be calling home. This adorable and comfortable cottage was the perfect place to do just that! The house was equipped with everything we needed - fully-stocked kitchen, super comfy beds, great layout, necessities like laundry soap, and a dog door and fenced-in yard for our pup. The additional amenities - huge window framing a stunning view of downtown Asheville, enormous TV, quaint street, not one but TWO fire pits - were the icing on the cake. The location was perfect for walking downtown and was close to stores, restaurants, and local sights (like Helen's Bridge). Oh, and the owners are so kind and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at T and S's place!
