Comfortable, everything you need
Everything you need in an apartment, and very comfortable! The owner is quick to respond and very helpful. The location is good too, walking distance to the all the downtown sights and restaurants, with options close by as well. I would stay here again!
Perfect Property!
I highly recommend this King St property for anyone who needs Charleston accommodations for a month or longer. The host was very easy to communicate with and so accommodating. Upon arrival, the door codes worked smoothly and my suite was spotless, AC on, and had a nice welcome basket with waters and breakfast bars. I opted for the top floor suite with a private balcony and it was PERFECT. The kitchenette is well appointed enough to make basic meals, the shower was large and modern, and the towels/bedding was all decent quality and comfortable. I appreciated that they provide you with plenty of towels, lots of extra pillows, an extra blanket, and things you wouldnt think to buy (extra trash bags, paper towels, TP, toiletries, etc). The closet space was plentiful and the space was great overall! I was SO pleased with the location- Its directly across the street from literally the best bakery in town (Weltons), as well as 3 of the best/coolest restaurants in the city (Leons, Little Jacks, Melfis). Theres also a lovely wine shop (Graft) down the block. A great dive bar (Recovery Room) is on the corner, and also within a few blocks walk is Chubby Fish, Verns, and Chez Nous. Not a coffee person, but the very popular spot The Daily is right up the road. Such a great intro to my new city while I waited for my apartment to become available! Lastly, as a solo woman, I felt VERY safe in the area and in the property. It is an active area with foot traffic and locals, but everyone is nice and I had no issues. Thanks again for a great stay, will definitely be recommending!!
