Place got the job done and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Alvin was quick to respond and happy to accommodate any needs. He helped me find a place last minute and stayed in constant communication throughout.

Just a few miles to UK Chandler and UK Good Sam, perfect for downtown stays and especially Travel RNs.

My roommate and I stayed for close to a year. We are travel RNs and have our children coming and going ranging from 20 year old to almost 2 years old to visit us. Good communication with this landlord will land you in a perfect spot for Travel to several hospitals in Lexington and walking distance to Martines Bakery is just steps from the front door and makes those early mornings and lazy weekends convenient when youre tired from working and may not want to cook. The upstairs was my personal heaven after work! Private with walk in shower. Thru those winter months you have gas heat. Huge television and sectional to relax in the downstairs living room. Parking is out back and you have the option to enclose your vehicles with an electric metal gate making loading and unloading safe and efficient while having peace of mind that your vehicle is safe in downtown Lexington! I hope u enjoy this property as much as we did and find a friend in the landlord that lasts a lifetime!

Amazing Upgraded Home!

Great spacious home close to downtown, parks, and walking paths! In an upcoming neighborhood, but always felt safe. The backyard is amazing with a sauna, ice plunge, grill, and fenced in yard. Fresh peppers and tomatoes growing in the flower bed as well. Already miss it!
