Cozy house

This was a very nice property with all of the amenities that you need to live comfortably. Jan and Nick are great hosts and are very pleasant to be around. Shared kitchen but plenty of space to complete all of your daily activities and room for privacy. I spent almost 4 months here and felt like I was at home the entire time. Great neighborhood close to lots of food and shops. I definitely recommend this location for anyone coming through the Lincoln area looking for a place to stay!

Jan and Nick are great hosts. Even as a room in the house it felt separate and you have plenty of space for yourself. Highly recommend.

Wonderful property and hosts!

Mrs J is my heart and this home is so cozy! I work night shift and the blackout curtains really helped me sleep during the day. The room is a perfect size, you have your own bathroom, and a small den/tv area if you need time to veg out after a rough shift with no disturbances that's outside the bed room. The kitchen is shared but you have plenty of space to keep your food and cook. The neighborhood is safe and close to the hospitals and a few nursing homes. Little to no traffic in the area. Its fairly quiet and Mrs Jan will make sure you are comfortable! If I'm ever back in Lincoln, Ne I will come back here. 10/10 room. 10/10 host.10/10 location.
