Charming 1 bedroom

I enjoyed my stay in this charming 1 bedroom. There is plenty of livable space & storage. Easy street parking. I felt safe. Its quiet & cozy. Rebecca was a wonderful host. Shes kind & responds quickly. Id definitely stay here again.

Great Space!

This place is amazing! My partner and I stayed here for 3 months during the summer while I was working in Seattle. Although its a basement unit, Rebecca has done an amazing job brightening the space through a good use of windows, lighting and mirrors, and her taste in decorating makes it feel quite homey! It also stays at an incredibly comfortable temperature during the heat of the summer which is a welcome relief. It has its own separate entrance and cannot be accessed from the main house. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfectly functional with a two burner stove, a small convection oven, microwave, fridge, and all the kitchenware you need. The bathroom is great and the clawfoot tub is awesome. The entire place is spacious and open and has plenty of storage throughout. The backyard is also beautiful and is a wonderful space to hang out. The neighborhood felt safe, we regularly left our car unattended without worrying and were comfortable going on long walks at all times of the day. There are some nice cafes/restaurants within walking distance and plenty an easy drive away. There is super easy access to two different bus lines that can get you into Seattle or other nearby neighborhoods. And its pretty quick to get onto I-5 to go farther afield. Overall the place is nice, and more than that Rebecca is very generous and kind. We always felt comfortable going to her with any needs we had. Id highly recommend anyone interested in contacting her.

Cozy and comfy!

I am a travel PTA and stayed here for about 6 months. This was the best place I've stayed since traveling by far. Rebecca is extremely welcoming, kind, and helpful. The apartment is spacious with plenty of storage. The apartment has good privacy with it's own entrance and no internal access to the house above. The two burner induction stove, toaster oven, microwave, and full size refrigerator provided everything i needed to cook for myself. Rebecca did a great job making the space feel homey with the fun decorations. This location was an easy commute to my job in Renton, a simple drive into the city to explore, walking distance to a couple of cafes and restaurants, and close to the highway to get out to the mountains. The neighborhood felt very safe and beautiful to walk around with views of lake Washington and a short hiking trail nearby. Street parking was easy and I never had an issue parking directly in front of the house. I would highly recommend staying here!
