Great location
Location of this apartment is amazing and perfect area to go for a walk. it's very quiet and relaxing area Would 1000% stay here again if ever back in Charlotte. Edward was a great landlord!

Great host
Ed is a very reasonable owner. This place is excellent for any locum/travel health providers. After the hospital abruptly ended some contracts, he was very flexible with me. Regarding the apartment itself, it is literally 2 mins from Atrium main, parking is safe and secure, several restaurants that are walkable with minimal nightly disturbances. Apartment itself is very clean and kept modern. He will go to the apartment complex with you to show you where/how to park and where the apartment itself is.
