Wonderful home, fantastic landlords - Highly recommend!!!

We feel so lucky to have lived in this lovely townhouse during our home search! Kevin and Nan are so welcoming and great communicators, and always available if you need them. The townhouse is stunning inside and very comfortable, with everything you would need (especially in the kitchen). We had space to work from home with ease, and plenty of room for family and guests. Having a garage was an added plus. The townhouse backs onto woods – so private and quiet! You can walk to great restaurants and the grocery store; the Art Museum, hospital, and greenway trails are 5 minutes away; and you are close to all the major roads. The airport is 12 minutes away, and you are within 20 minutes of literally any place in Raleigh! We loved living here - highly recommend it to everyone!!!

We absolutely loved staying in Kevin and Nan's place-- we extended twice! It's beautifully (and comfortably!) furnished. They promptly sent any supplies that we felt would make the stay easier (ex: pizza pan, extra cutting boards). They are very responsive with all communications. The townhouse has 0 issues with noise from neighbors-- you'd never know they are on the other side of the wall. Having twice a month cleaning included in the rent was also a huge benefit. The primary bedroom is huge and there is lots of storage around the townhouse. Having two living room options was really wonderful when we had visitors. The front facing windows let in so much beautiful, natural light. We really loved the area-- an easy walk to Laurel Hills Park, Harris Teeter and Walgreens.
