I have a large home on a quiet street and looking to rent my large finished attic that has separate heat and air conditioning. Kitchen table and chairs and couch with TV. Cable and internet. Can also supply small refrigerator for that room. Has a king size bed. My back deck is set up for outside enjoyment with roof and grill and hot tub. Also have an inground pool.
