Clean, affordable, and central

As stated in the title, the house was kept clean. This was important to me as we all shared a bathroom. You live with the landlord and one other tenant in the house, and there is an additional person in the back of the house that is sectioned off on the inside. The landlord was very clear about how she wanted her house treated and communicated this when needed to ensure all parties were on the same page. While you are renting a room, this is still her house you're living in. She was very flexible when I encountered unforseen circumstances at my clinical rotation and allowed me to extend my stay 2 weeks. The price was solid compared to other local places and was only 10-15 minutes from work/groceries and 20-30 minutes from the beach. I hope this helps!
