Delightful
My wife & I found this Cozy Cottage perfect for our needs. The surrounding area is beautiful & serene. You may see a deer & her fawn roaming in the huge yard while you enjoy your morning coffee in the kitchen. The home is a detached renovated 2-story garage completely private with no ambient noise - plenty of solitude. Its a 7 minute drive to Trader Joes & more & a 10 min drive to Life Time Fitness & the Rio Lakefront. If you enjoy more of a quiet space this is for you. The host is kind & immediately responsive to whatever you may need.
