Highly recommend!!
This was such a great, spacious unit with lots of natural light, a private entrance and access to a full kitchen. The place is decorated so cute and furnished thoughtfully and was very clean. I experienced all the seasons here and was concerned I might be hot in the summer because there's no AC, but it does stay pretty cool in the basement and they have a tower fan in the unit and heat in all the rooms during the winter so I was perfectly comfortable. The owners were very responsive and resolved any small issues that would arise and were so professional and on top of managing their property. The tenant upstairs was also very friendly and conscientious. The neighborhood is super walkable with plenty of shops and restaurants, a cafe on the corner and a park nearby. Very easy drive to Kaiser Sunnyside and you'd be able to get to OHSU extremely quickly. This place was very dear to me and I'd stay again in a heartbeat! Would recommend easily.

Great apartment in a nice neighborhood
Great apartment with lots of space! Quick drive to downtown Portland but also in a nice neighborhood that feels very safe and quiet, always plenty of street parking available. Cute shops and restaurants within walking distance. The owners were very on top of it with communication both prior to my stay and during it. Would definitely stay again if I am back in Portland!

Clean Calm space
I loved this clean house, mid century modern with updated kitchen and open floor plan. My favorite part was having some privacy, back yard and front porch to soak up the sun. I would often walk to the grocery store and through sellwood to get drinks and food. Felt very safe in this quiet neighborhood, and the drive into downtown Portland was an easy 10 minute drive. Would definitely recommend this property to others!

Ideal stay in a cute portland neighborhood.
2 bedroom basement apartment was perfect for my time in portland, very clean and lots of space. I ended up using the 2nd bedroom to do my yoga in. The kitchen is located upstairs and is shared with one other tenant. its just been remodeled and very beautiful/clean. The Location is my favorite part, safe neighborhood and a 10 minute walk to lots of cute shops and restaurants in sellwood, plus the waterfront park. So ideal for my days off. and only a 10 minute drive to central portland. Would recommend to others!!
