Excellent Location & Responsive Host
I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this rental, especially for travel nurses or other medical professionals. The location is hard to beat-it's close to the hospitals and just a short walk to Magnolia Ave, with great coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and ice cream spots. The apartment was clean, exactly as pictured, and had fast, reliable Wi-Fi. There was also plenty of free parking, which was a huge plus. The landlord was responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. A couple of things to note: you can hear the nearby elementary school during the school year, but I quickly got used to it. The all-in-one washer/dryer isn't my favorite since it takes longer than a traditional setup, but having laundry in the unit was still much more convenient than not having it at all. Overall, this was a comfortable, well-maintained place in a fantastic location, and I would gladly stay here again.
Great Property and Location
I loved my stay at the Bailey! The apartment is charming, clean and well appointed. Managment was also very responsive to anything I needed. A great location with plenty of parking and walkable to many restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again!
Love this place!
I absolutely loved living here! I stayed for 7 months and felt safe the entire timeits in a great location within walking distance to everything on Magnolia and right by a school and church. The unit was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Any time I had a minor issue (which was rare), the property manager responded quickly and took care of it. Only small cons were that the mattress wasnt super comfortable (I added a topper and it was fine), and the in-unit washer/dryer isnt the best, but theres also a shared one downstairs that works great. Overall, such a great experienceId absolutely stay here again!
You will love it here.
Nice older building. Very comfortable. Good neighborhood. You are a short walk from Magnolia Ave., Fairmount Park and a Skate Park. Less than a 10 minute drive to Downtown, South Main and the Cultural District. Last but not least, Julie and David are a joy to work with.
