Terrible!!!!!!!!
The house is dated so you definitely get what you pay for. The advertised rent amount IS NOT WHAT they ask you to pay per month. When i first walked into my room it smelled like body odor. I cleaned it thoroughly because whoever moved out left it filthy. This should have been done by the owner. I had to wipe everything down and vacuum. I did not have any sockets that worked in my room and my light switch was broken. All the sockets in the kitchen are missing panels and two burners on the stove did not work. I am a traveling nurse and one tenant does not have a job so they come and go all day and cook in the kitchen until about midnight or 1 AM. Woke me up every single night. talk on her cell phone on speaker on at one in the morning, have friends over up all hours of the night and I'm working 14 hours a day and got no sleep. now I'm having problems getting my security deposit back. all the years traveling, this has been the worst experience for me. RED FLAGS everywhere.
