Home away from home

I recently had the absolute pleasure at staying at this property. First let me say , as a healthcare travel its one of the best properties Ive ever rented. It truly has everything youll ever need and a beautiful full kitchen! Room is nice and queen size bed was extremely comfortable! Lots of closet space and truly appreciated the full length mirrors on the closet doors. Bonuses are the property is safe and secure, satellite tv to binge shows and the off street parking! Evelyn and her family were so considerate of my needs and like I said this property was not just a rental , its definitely felt like my home away from home! I would definitely stay here again !

Best stay ever!!

Writing this review as a young woman who was nervous to stay alone- I stayed with Evelyn and her family for my clinical rotation in med school and it was amazing. I felt so welcomed and safe from the beginning until I left . The unit was so clean and had everything I needed, and was so pretty. The whole family was so accommodating and friendly- they even made me some home cooked meals which made me less homesick. I wish I had to stay there longer- I plan on renting again if Im ever in the area again! I would 10/10 recommend staying here!!

Great stay

This property is great for travel nurses . Has everything you need for one person. I really enjoyed my stay here , the owners were very sweet and i was very comfortable . Grocery store up the street , gym within 10 minutes drive, laundromat around the corner within a few minutes walking distance. Close to USC/downtown and not far from the beaches either. Price is reasonable also ! Best bet if working downtown . Was very happy overall staying here . Id stay here again if needed !

Amazing place

Hello, The place is amazing very quiet and clean. everything is close to you you have your own parking spot and garage which is amazing and it is gated. The landlord of the place is amazing and the family of the house is very sweet, amazing and they will help you and provide you with what you need. They made my experience in LA wonderful and I really enjoyed it. If i have to go back i will choose this place again and again. There is no mold no insects. The place is perfect I would recommend it %100.
