This apartment is absolutely perfect. I was able to stay here for 14 weeks while on clinical for physical therapy school. The location was absolutely perfect. Michelle and Allen are amazing hosts and will make sure you have everything you need to feel right at home. I would not hesitate to stay here again. It was absolutely amazing. Do not pass up on this furnished finder!

Comfort Quiet great Landlords

I am a travel nurse who has had the pleasure staying at the LOFT since mid July 2025 . Allen and Michelle are amazing landlords ! Grateful for all the little things they have done for me . Loft is quiet , off the beaten path of road noise . Comfortable, clean , convenient to any location shopping gym etc. My nursing contract was at St. Marks Surgery center 2 miles from loft . Any nurse would be very happy here . Michelle did little extras to make me feel at home and took care of anything additional I requested . A total win win stay! I wish I could have stayed longer .

Studio Loft- great spot

Stayed at the studio loft from Mid Dec'22 thru end of Mar'23 and absolutely loved it. It is a fully remodeled loft with brand new (well now like-new) kitchen appliances, furniture and bedding. Some of the highlights include a modern high-end kitchen set-up, massive shower and bathroom with double vanity sinks, separate entrance and separate enclosed welcome area that doubles as a great area for gear storage such as bikes, snowboards, and skis as well as coats and shoes. The loft is well-designed and I never once hit my head on the lowering ceilings (A-frame style). The area: Holladay is a very nice, quiet, safe, and rather expensive suburb of Salt Lake City. Just look up the home values on Zillow if you need a comparison. I lived in Salt Lake on and off for 3 years and this is in an ideal location. The spot is also off a private lane and you do not hear any street traffic. Michelle and Allen are wonderful people to rent from - you cannot go wrong here! 10/10.

Great place and great space!!

This place was great!! It's close to all of the canyons so you can get your powder fix. The space works well and the amenities are nice. The owner was very receptive to my needs and very quick to respond to any concerns or questions I had. The driveway to the loft is off the beaten path and is tucked away off a private driveway. It was very peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend this place as well as the owner.
