Perfect location
This place is located right in the heart of Midtown Sacramento. Close to restaurants and shops. Off street parking was spacious and easily accessible. House is comfortable and comes fully stocked with everything you need for a short or long term stay. Would def stay there again if my work brings me back to the area.

Home away from home!
We moved into Mike's property in early October just after beginning a job flying for CalFire. We stayed until early June. During that time it literally became our home away from home. The level of comfort provided was top tier. We often stayed in Sacramento during off rotations because of how great the location is! Close to everything in mid-town we were able to explore so many restaurants and shops and other businesses. Mike was always responsive and super helpful. When we had to move to a different base we were genuinely sad. If you're looking for a place to stay in mid town you can stop looking. You won't find any better. 100% will stay here again if we ever relocate back to Sacramento (and if it's available!)
