Great spot!

Nice neighborhood, private entrance, lots of closet space and right between two grocery stores. Landlord is responsive and resolves problems quickly. Overall great spot! Thanks again to the management team at Premier Holdings.

Great place

Having the parking spot was brilliant although street parking would have been easy to find. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the metro (green and red lines) plus good food stores in walking distance such as Walmart and aldi. Public library and nice gym also minutes away. Watch out for the traffic cameras! The bed was comfortable, the place was nicely stocked including bedding, coffee machine and the minimally stocked kitchenette was all that I needed during my time in DC. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The owner is very helpful and responsive and accommodating.I was very happy with how affordable the rent was considering the cost of living in the area.

Conveniently located, reasonably priced

I loved the designated parking space, but street parking would have been easy to find. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood an easy drive to Medstar Washington Hospital Center where I worked. Watch out for the traffic cameras! The bed was comfortable and the minimally stocked kitchenette was all that I needed during my time in DC. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The owner is responsive and accommodating.I was very happy with how affordable the rent was considering the cost of living in the area.
