Great accommodation and even better landlord

I recently moved to the area and needed a place to stay near downtown Durham for work. This place was a ~20 minute walk to downtown in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment was well furnished with essentials such as cooking equipment, diningware, basic cleaning supplies and toiletries. There is also a stand/sit desk to get work done and the AC worked well. What was better than the apartment was the hospitality of the landlord. They took care of me at all times with all of my questions and requests and went above and beyond. Got my deposit back less than a day after moving out and I appreciate their honest communication. Definitely recommend this as a starter place for moving into Durham or visiting

4 Month Stay Review

Had the opportunity to stay here for 4 months while working at a local company. The place was clean and well equipped with everything you will need and more. The host is also incredibly kind and responsive! I really enjoyed my stay here and I will be back the next time I visit Durham :)

One of the best rental properties in Durham

I have lived in Durham for more than 7 years and this is one of the best rental properties you will find in the city. You can not beat the location of this property, it is located less than 1 mile from downtown and the farmers market, Dukes campus (without being too college-y) and the main attractions in Durham. The apartment itself is also wonderful and for a studio apartment, you have plenty of space and all the amenities. Lastly, the most important thing when renting is having a responsive, kind and caring landlord and Jihyun is all those things. She is quick to offer recommendations in the area and will make sure you get settled in. You will be extremely happy if you rent from this property, and I would rent again if I come back through Durham.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! It had all the items I needed, was nicely furnished, comfortable, and was very clean. Jihyun was a great host and was prompt to answer all of my questions and handle anything that needed to be done. The area was nice, many places nearby to walk to, and felt safe. I enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it!!

Home away from home

I had the pleasure of staying here while on assignment in the Research triangle. The place is clean and comes with all the necessities you could possibly need. Jihyun is an incredible host, quick to respond, kind, and always there for food and adventure recommendations. Not only do I recommend this property to anyone visiting Durham/Raleigh/Chapel Hill, I will be back myself to stay again!

Stay at Dacian!

Ms. Jihyun and Mr. Daniel made sure I had everything I needed while staying at Dacian! They were prompt with all of my concerns and accommodations. I would recommend them to all of my colleagues if they are looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

Was a perfect fit for me!

Apartment building was very well refinished and decorated beautifully!! Lots of kitchen supplies but I did have to purchase a couple of items for myself. Comfortable bedding and couch! She was very tentative and worked well with my schedule! 10/10 would recommend staying with her! Only downside was parking was a little tight at times but I always had my parking space when I pulled in:))

Lovely studio

I stayed here until my new home in Durham was ready. This is a lovely, tastefully decorated studio in a neighborhood full of beautiful gardens and in walking distance of the best of Durham. I am an older person with various disabilities and the owner went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and safe. She frequently stops by the property and is generally available by text. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. All financial obligations were made easily and promptly online, including the return of my full security deposit. Note: this is strictly a non-smoking property - there is a no smoking sign in every room! This studio is a cut above anything else I could have rented in this price range, the location is ideal. For me, it was a wonderful transitional space.

Cute Studio for Travel Nurses!

Juni has been the best host any travel nurse could ask for. Traveling all the way down from PA, I was skeptical to find somewhere to stay in Durham without visiting first, but my expectations have been well exceeded. She ensures her guests are comfortable & are always very accommodating to flexible work schedules when doing apartment cleaning. The location is perfect being only a 8 minute drive to Duke Regional & close to shops/restaurants within walking distance-- surrounded by cute locals and within walking distance of East Duke Campus! If I ever pick up another assignment in town, this will be my go to place! Absolutely a wonderful experience, no need to hesitate with this listing!

I had the best stay here! It had everything I needed for a long term stay. It was very clean and quiet. I felt safe going on runs in the neighborhood! Jihyun was the best host Ive had since I traveled here and I stayed in both of her properties. Both were excellent!!!
