Fantastic Find

I have now renewed my lease in this apartment for the third time. This apartment is perfect for me. With all of the open-ness of a studio, the unique nature of the apartment still gives the feeling of having "rooms". There is also plenty of built in storage and closet space. The natural light in the apartment is fantastic, the neighborhood is incredibly quiet and safe, and the commute to OSHU with public transportation couldn't be easier. John himself is a highly responsive and accommodating landlord. I have stayed in other properties in Portland and this is by far my favorite.

Perfect spot for access to OHSU

Johns spot was spacious, cozy, and well-equipped. It was perfect for my partner to access OHSU and for me to work from home. We loved all the trails nearby. John was responsive and we had our deposit back within days of moving out.

Johns Landing Review

There is something magical about this place. You sit in a chair and look around and you can see the whole apartment. It feels expansive, like a penthouse, yet with that great Pacific Northwest vibe. Each room has its own distinctive character. The furnishings and decor are delightful. Its just fun to come home here. John, the owner and creator of the space, is a real stand up guy, easy to work with, fair and accommodating. Its such a great location, too, right in the middle of Portlands coolest stuff.
