Nice home in Eastown

Loved the convenience of this home. It is within walking distance to good restaurants and is a friendly neighborhood. Also close to Reed lake and great walking trials. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening. The home was adequately supplied for cooking and doing laundry and well stocked with essential supplies. Simon was easy to communicate with and addressed any issues promptly. It was a good rental for a temporary stay,

Lovely Home

We were lucky enough to call this house our home for 8 months and truly enjoyed our stay. Youre in an awesome location walkable to Easttown where you can find coffee, pizza, smoothies and a few cute shops. There are some beautiful East GR neighborhood streets nearby that make for a great family walk. The house itself is decorated so well and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved the record player and were able to enjoy a few fires out on the patio. Simon is the best host, one of our favorites to work with. Were thankful for our time here and highly recommend!

Great home in a great location

Well maintained and furnished home right around the corner from great shops and restaurants but still felt like a neighborhood. Host was friendly, communicative and flexible. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing rental and landlord!

This was an amazing property! It is a great location, next to amazing restaurants and only about 10 mins from downtown. S was a very attentive landlord and had great communication through out our stay. The house itself is beautiful, and in a very lovely and safe neighborhood. I could not recommend this home enough!

Great location!

Our family of four, plus two dogs, loved spending five weeks in this home. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Coffee shops, shopping, and restaurants are a quick walk away. The home itself is comfortable and spacious. Plus, the owner is a great communicator and very kind. We had everything we needed during our stay and will miss enjoying our morning coffee on the front porch.
