My Mom stayed at Madison's very sweet and clean studio apartment for about a week and loved it. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and walkable and the neighbors are friendly. The studio is very clean with the amenities you need. Madison was a great communicator and sent very helpful instructions in advance. Would definitely recommend!
I would highly recommend this property for anyone in San Diego needing a short term lease! I was on clinical for graduate school and placed in San Diego for summer 2023. The apartment is exactly what I needed for a three month period and was very well thought out! Madison (the landlord) is very kind, helpful, and welcoming, and she was a wonderful host. The neighborhood is very nice, walkable, and safe, and I never had too much trouble parking on the street. The bed is lovely, the apartment has a lot of storage for being a studio, and the bathroom is also amazing, with a rain shower! I recommend this property strongly, I was absolutely satisfied and enjoyed spending my summer here.

While in Australia I couch surfed, staying with locals from the area as I traveled along the east coast from Melbourne up to Cairns. It was an experience of a lifetime where I learned to not fear the unknown but rather to embrace it, particularly when interacting with people. The photos in the unit are my own from that tr...
