Great place and landlord!

I just spent the last four months at this property and it was wonderful. The space is very clean, bright and comfortable. I enjoyed regular walks to and through Kensington taking advantage of viewing the beautiful homes and eating at the great restaurants. Madison was very easy to work with-she was actually out of town when I moved in but we took care of paying the security deposit and rent electronically. She arranged for someone to show the space to me and the move in and move out process was a breeze. This place would be great for a long weekend or extended stay. The only issue I had was parking, especially on weekends. My job requires that I come and go throughout the day, seven days a week. Parking in this neighborhood is tough but Madison helped as much as she could by allowing me to use the driveway whenever she was out of town. I highly recommend this place and would certainly stay here again!

Wonderful studio!

My Mom stayed at Madison's very sweet and clean studio apartment for about a week and loved it. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and walkable and the neighbors are friendly. The studio is very clean with the amenities you need. Madison was a great communicator and sent very helpful instructions in advance. Would definitely recommend!

A perfect place to live for a few months!

I would highly recommend this property for anyone in San Diego needing a short term lease! I was on clinical for graduate school and placed in San Diego for summer 2023. The apartment is exactly what I needed for a three month period and was very well thought out! Madison (the landlord) is very kind, helpful, and welcoming, and she was a wonderful host. The neighborhood is very nice, walkable, and safe, and I never had too much trouble parking on the street. The bed is lovely, the apartment has a lot of storage for being a studio, and the bathroom is also amazing, with a rain shower! I recommend this property strongly, I was absolutely satisfied and enjoyed spending my summer here.
