Great Place to Stay!

My husband and I like to get away from Arizona heat and be near our oldest child's family in Arvada. This is our 2nd stay and we really enjoy the condo and location. It is fully stocked, roomy, light, and comfy. Ken is easy to communicate with. We love the deck and sitting out in the morning and evening with a beautiful lake view. It's nice to have the versatility of the 2nd bedroom for guest or office, as I work from home. We plan to come again next summer. It's a great place!

Hidden gem

My husband, young daughter, and dog stayed here a month and really enjoyed it. The location was perfect for us. Easy to get to, quiet, easy parking and walking. Our dog Rocky loved meeting all the neighbored dogs on his walks. The lake was peaceful and watching the sunrise and sunsets off the side deck was a nice surprise. We liked having the garage space as well for a lot of our camping stuff. Ken was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any of our needs. The place was stocked with everything you would need. Lots of pots and pans, silverware, dish soap, plastic containers, tin foil, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, etc. all very helpful to have! Would recommend and if we come back out we would love to stay again. Thanks for everything Ken.

Spectacular home and neighborhood!

Been to Arvada/Westminster area many times and this neighborhood caught my eye, so we were thrilled to find a home for rent while visiting family in the area. Sitting out on the porch watching boaters on the lake for meals was our favorite thing! Ken was very flexible, communicative and welcoming! Posted pictures and accommodations listed are accurate or found to be even better than posted. Furniture and bedding was all very comfortable and extra towels were helpful. All of the amenities and kitchen/laundry/bath tools were great. The dishwasher was impressively powerful but quiet and the in-unit laundry was wonderful. Internet worked perfectly even with 2 people doing online meetings, and the TVs have copious channels and viewing options. Friendly and quiet neighbors. Great area to go on walks and all the stores and restaurants you could ever want are just a short drive away. Quick and easy to get to downtown Denver, Boulder, and the mountains. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect Lake house

This house was perfect for our 3 month stay. K was great at communicating and very flexible with move in and move out dates. The home has a great bed, plenty of storage and the best view of the lake. The home as all the essentials and is very clean! It is a great work from home with multiple bright areas for working inside and outside! The area was great for going on walks and runs around the neighborhood and all the nearby parks! Thanks for a great welcome to Colorado Hidden Lake Condo and K!

Lovely and Comfortable

We stayed here for 9 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed this first floor condo with peaceful views of Hidden Lake from the spacious wooden deck. All amenities you need to stay long term are here, amidst a well thought out and furnished interior. Owner K is helpful and responsive to any communications.
