Great stay

I had a great stay at Terris place. The space was very homey and the bed was comfortable. Im on the road for work so having a washer and dryer was a plus for me! The location was perfect! Neighborhood was cleans and you have everything you need within a few miles, also the inner cities are not to far away. Although the apartment is attached to the main house you can not really hear the neighbors unless they were in their closet. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I come out.

Rental Review of Casita

My initial impression when I moved in was mixed. There were some cleanliness issues associated with the previous tenant who owned a dog which were missed during the pre-move in cleaning. That said, Terry and Larry were quite responsive to my questions and concerns, and addressed them in a timely manner. All the major appliances worked, which was good. Given that they travel extensively, and sometimes for long periods of time, having a property manager who was local would be a help. Still, I had no difficulty getting hold of them, and they were able to contact whatever worker was needed to deal with things. All in all, I would say that, for a single person looking for a decent rental in a good neighborhood, their rental is one I would recommend for consideration.

The owners are great to work with and they really want you to have a great stay. Easy to communicate with and willing to assist with anything I might have needed during my stay. For a single person or couple, this property will work great. The king-sized bed was very comfortable and bathroom was nice size too. No stove, but they had enough small appliances for my needs and induction cooktop. Fridge was full size. I would of like to have had a propane grille instead of charcoal, but we all can't have everything.

Beautiful, Brand New Property

This property was beautifully decorated and worked out wonderful for my full family. The property is shared with a casita, which there are separate, private entrances but its not quite as private as a full house to yourself. But, we overall loved the house. Plenty of room with beautiful decorations. Comfy beds and big, spacious rooms. Terri and Larry were great homeowners and communicated well throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this property!
