A wonderful stay!

Loved staying here! The place is well laid out and made a transitional move easy. Everything worked as expected and Heidi and Steve were always responsive. Location is very desirable next to easy access on the 101, plenty of grocery stores, walking trails and gyms etc.

Boho condo Manzinita villas

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. Great location, close to gyms, hiking, restaurants and shopping. Hospitals real close as well. People staying in development were very friendly. Pool area very nice , clean and grounds well maintained. Not fond of the carpeting in bedrooms. Pet friendly but carpeted bedrooms were covered in animal hair. Had to do deep cleaning and removed area rugs because of this. Quiet and safe location. Would suggest removing all carpeting. Still enjoyed our time here.

Home away from home

We very much enjoyed our stay, the place was modern, roomy and comfortable and in a great location close to everything we would need. The Manzanita community is mixed with retired people and younger locals, everyone we met was very nice. We used the pool and hot tub regularly and surprisingly not many people use it. If we had any issues A was quick with a fix or a replacement item. All in all I would definitely stay there again.
